GENERAL WELLNESS PACKAGE
I will work with you to achieve optimal wellness, prevent disease and live a healthy and happy life. I commit to working with you for at least 3 months. In order to work with me, I ask you do the same.
Initial Session: During our initial visit we will discuss your medical history, weight history, dietary intake, food preferences, exercise routine and more. We will explore your past and present eating behaviors, as well as your attitudes and beliefs about your food choices, weight, exercise patterns and appearance. Together we will create a plan to help you achieve your health and wellness-related goals.
Unlimited Follow-Ups: During our time together you may schedule unlimited follow-up visits with me. Typically I meet with clients once a week or every other week. You can also e-mail or text me anytime when questions arise!
Sample Meal Plan: I will provide you with a sample meal plan suited to your unique lifestyle and dietary needs. This meal plan will help you see what types of foods to add to your diet, with delicious and healthy recipes to go along!
Educational Handouts: Beautiful handouts with information relating to the topics we cover during our sessions will be e-mailed to you to keep and refer back to whenever you need.
