PRENATAL & POSTNATAL NUTRITION PACKAGE
I will work with you to gain the recommended amount of weight during pregnancy, help you navigate which foods are safe to eat and which ones to avoid during pregnancy, and set you up for breastfeeding success! I commit to working with you for at least 3 months. In order to work with me, I ask you do the same. This time can be split-up to have sessions both while you are pregnant and after you deliver.
Initial Session: During our initial visit we will discuss your medical history, health history, dietary intake, food preferences, exercise routine and more. We will explore your past and present eating behaviors, as well as your attitudes and beliefs about your food choices, exercise patterns and pregnancy health. Together we will create a plan to help you achieve a healthy pregnancy and beyond!
Unlimited Follow-Ups: During our time together you may schedule unlimited follow-up visits with me. Typically I meet with clients once a week or every other week. You can also e-mail or text me anytime when questions arise!
Meal Plan: As a bonus to joining my coaching program, I offer complimentary access (during our time together) to registered dietitian-developed healthy meal plans. You’ll receive a fresh menu each week full of nourishing foods to help you on your journey to wellness.
Educational Handouts: Beautiful handouts with information relating to the topics we cover during our sessions will be e-mailed to you to keep and refer back to whenever you need to.
