Description

This Broccoli Apple Salad packs a great mix of flavors with every bite! Lightened up by using siggi’s yogurt, it is perfect for your next pot luck party!

Ingredients

  • 15.3 ounce container of siggi’s vanilla yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1/41/2 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 crown broccoli, chopped (about 3 cups)
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, vinegar and sugar.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients; stir until evenly coated. Place in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours to allow for the flavors to blend together.
  3. Serve chilled. Store covered or in an air tight container for up to 5 days.
