Join me for the 30 Day Better Booty Challenge as we tone, strengthen and lift our booties!
In my private Facebook group we have been doing different 30 day fitness challenges this past Summer. We started out with a core strength challenge, then followed with a strong arms challenge. The members in the group wanted to keep the momentum going, so this next week I’ll be kicking off a 30 Day Better Booty Challenge!
We start Monday October 9, 2017!
We’ll be doing 3 of the same moves every day of the challenge: squats, pointed leg lifts, and lunges. Each day we’ll also have a bonus move, which is optional. Bonus moves will consist of lateral lunges, fire hydrants, heel kicks, bridge lifts, deadlifts, and single leg circles. I will be going live in the group to show you how to do the moves on day 1.
