Description

This Blueberry Pie Cheese Ball is the perfect appetizer or dessert for your next family gathering! Only 5 ingredients and made healthier with siggi’s yogurt!

Scale

Ingredients

  • 25.3 ounce containers of siggi’s blueberry icelandic style skyr yogurt
  • 4 ounces Neufchâtel cheese (or 1/3 less fat cream cheese)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup pecans, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Blend the yogurt, cream cheese and vanilla in a medium bowl. Fold in the blueberries. (I chose to use a blender to add in the blueberries so they would be a bit smushed, but if you would prefer to keep them whole then fold them in).
  2. Using a rubber spatula, place the mixture on a serving dish and shape into a ball. Gently press the chopped pecans over the entire surface of the cheese ball.
  3. Serve with graham crackers or vanilla wafers. Enjoy!
  4. Store covered for up to 1 week.
